Initiate Your Request
Log into your Starforged account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are still attached to the garments.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
